RE/MAX Office

This project was a turn-key tenant improvement. We converted a former medical office space to an open office concept, modernizing the look, feel and functionality of the space for RE/MAX.

Ace Hardware Retail Store

This project was a turn-key tenant improvement. We combined a former gym space with three other suites to create one, large, open retail space for Ace Hardware.

Community Bike Room

We managed this project on behalf of the landlord who wanted to offer their tenants a fun and functional amenity space. We converted a dark and dirty basement storage room into a light and bright bike storage space. An important amenity for office buildings today.

Office Lobby Remodel

We modernized and upgraded a dated and dark office lobby into a welcoming space to greet tenants and their guests. The remodel included building a beautiful coffee shop for a Portland institution; Water Avenue Coffee.

Industrial Manufacturer Decommissioning

This complex project fully decommissioned 250,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space including environmental abatement, auctioning tenant equipment, repairing significant damage to the premises and preparing the space for leasing.
